Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because we operate on a local pickup model allowing you to fully inspect items in person before taking possession, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds.

Inspect Prior to Pickup

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly examine the condition, specifications, and compatibility of their items at the time of pickup. Once an item leaves our location, the sale is considered complete and non-reversible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival at our pickup location. If you notice an item is defective, damaged, or that you were given the wrong item, notify us immediately on the spot so we can evaluate the issue and make it right before you leave.
